OGME Digital Guide

TheOGME Digital Guidehas been created to support music educators, teachers, and practitioners in providing high-quality, inclusive, and effective music education for young people with autism.

This resource brings togethergood practice techniques, innovative strategies, and real-life examplescollected from experts and educators across Europe. The guide offers boththeoretical insightsandpractical toolsthat can be directly applied in classrooms, therapy sessions, or community settings.

Its purpose is to:

  • Enhance the professional competenciesof music educators working with learners on the autism spectrum.
  • Provideadaptable activities and methodsthat respond to the diverse needs of young people with autism.
  • Encourage the use ofmusic as a tool for communication, self-expression, and inclusion.
  • Build ashared spacefor collaboration and exchange among teachers and institutions.

By combining research, field experience, and accessible techniques, the OGME Guide aims to become areference point for educatorswho believe in the power of music to create meaningful learning opportunities and to strengthen inclusion in education.
